15-Day Money-Back Policy
To benefit from our money-back policy, you must request a return within 15 days after receiving the product. Once we receive the returned item, it undergoes a formal quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process, and you will receive the amount within 5-7 days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
We offer FREE Return Shipping. We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed time. If you prefer to self-ship the item, please dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
How to Return a Rug to Floors And Fabrics within 15 Days:
- Raise a Return Request: Initiate a return request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@floorsandfabrics.com
- Schedule Pickup: Within 3-4 working days, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed time.
- Self-Ship Option: If you prefer to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
- Prepare the Rug: Ensure the rug is ready in its original packing material. If the packing material is damaged, mention it in your return request. You will receive a tamper-proof packet from us after discussing with our Customer Service Team. Securely pack and seal the rug before pickup.
- Get Acknowledgement: Collect an acknowledgment (pickup receipt on paper/photo of tracking number/SMS confirmation of pickup) from the pickup person.
- Return Processing: Normally, it takes around 8-10 days upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse. Once received, the rug undergoes a quality check. If damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 5 days.
- Refund Options: You may choose to make another purchase using the same amount or get a refund to your bank account. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
Terms & Conditions:
- Return Period: You must return the item within 15 days of receiving it.
- Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
- Damaged Items: A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Original Packaging: The item must have its original packing, labels, and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will void the return.
- Refund/Replacement: We will initiate the refund or replacement process once the item passes through quality inspection.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request you to share a picture of the rug at support@floorsandfabrics.com ,Ā We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned item.
- India: The “15 Days Money Back Policy” is valid for purchases within India only (Not applicable for custom rugs).
- International: The return policy is applicable for manufacturing defects only.
- Return Frequency: A customer can initiate returns up to twice within a period of six months. After two returns, the customer will be required to bear the freight charges associated with their returns.
