Our knowledgeable showroom staff can help you choose from hundreds of shades, or assist with matching paint chips, upholstery samples, artworks, and more. Both our in-house and designer collections can be transformed into hall runners, circular rugs, oval rugs, stair runners, or wall-to-wall carpeting – all made to order to fit your home.

STEP 1 - DESIGN SELECTION
Choose from our extensive design bank, or share any sketch, image, painting, inspiration, or story, and we will create it for you.
STEP 2 - SIZE SELECTION
After choosing your design, the next and most important step is selecting the size. Our comprehensive size guide will help you choose the perfect size for your space.
STEP 3 - COLOR & MATERIAL SELECTION
Depending on your space’s color scheme, our design experts will help you select the perfect color range for your carpet. Using our color pom boxes and choosing the appropriate material, we’ll ensure it matches your interiors perfectly.
STEP 4 - ARTWORK DEVELOPMENT & APPROVAL
Once we have finalized the design, size, color, and material, our artwork designers will create technical drawings with precise scaling and colors, as well as room renderings for your approval. You can then choose from the options and finalize the design you like the most.
STEP 5 - PRODUCTION
Once everything is approved, we begin the exciting process of producing the carpet according to your design and preferences.
STEP 6 - QUALITY CHECK
After production is complete, our experts thoroughly check the size, colors, yarn, and other details to ensure you receive the exact carpet you envisioned.
STEP 7 - DELIVERY
After passing all quality checks, the rug arrives at our showroom. We then send videos and photos to the client for approval. Once the client approves, we ship the carpet to its destination.
